If none of the steps in the article above helped you, you need to file a ticket. Think of a ticket similar to an email. A ticket is a message we receive from you when you have inquiries or concerns that need attention.


To file a new ticket:

  1. Click or tap 'New Support Ticket' and complete the fields. State your inquiry clearly.
  2. If you are a student at FICS, include your student number.
  3. Make sure to attach all documents that may be relevant to your concern.


To reply to an existing ticketyou can re-open that ticket by replying to it on your email. Do this only if the previous ticket directly relates to your concern.
